Did you know…that the GCAAR contract and select GCAAR forms will change October 1, 2015?
Starting October 1, 2015, a new sales contract will replace the current Regional Sales contract. In addition, the Jurisdictional Addenda, the Addendum of Clauses, and the Inclusions/Exclusions forms have been revised. All new forms go into effect October 1, 2015.
To help you prepare for the upcoming changes, members of the Shulman Rogers Settlement Team are offering educational sessions on the new contract and forms. Matt Alegi will lead the same training session at GCAAR Headquarters in Rockville on September 28, 2015 from 10:30 am to 12:00 noon.
